For the majority of orders it takes approximately one business day to ship out. If there is a delay, you will be notified within 24 hours of your order. Some products might take longer especially if it is a custom order. Please refer to the item description for more details.

Your order status will be available 24 hours after your order has been placed, by simply clicking on the "My Account" link at the top right corner of every page of our site. From there, you will be able to view information about your order.

Yes! We do offer in-store pick up for online orders. Please note, this option is only available to our local customers in Arizona. Not applicable for our Hinsdale location. Orders are available for in-store pick up M-F during store hours. Once your order is ready for pick up, you will be notified via email to pick up at our Scottsdale location, 4235 N Marshall Way Scottsdale, AZ 85018

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 24 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1 PM EST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday. For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 2-5 business days. Please allow additional time for shipments to APO/FPO addresses. If your item is PREORDER you will receive a follow up email regarding the expected shipping dates.

The following shipping options are available when you check out, UPS Next Day, 2nd Day or 3-Day Select. Expedited orders placed before 1 PM Easten Standard Time on a business day will be shipped out the same day. We do not offer Saturday delivery at this time. PREORDER items are not available for expedited shipping. Sorry, expedited shipping is not available for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, or APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for shipments to APO/FPO addresses.

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal Express for all orders.

We ship packages domestically and to Canada.
