Whether in our stores or our online shop, we want our customers to love our products as much as we do. In the case that you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item/s within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must have tags attached, worn/tailored items may not be returned. Personalized items, special orders and sale items are final sale.

Please note, if returning within 15 days using our pre-paid USPS shipping label your return will be free of charge. If you are returning your items for a refund using our pre-paid USPS shipping label within 16-30 days from your delivery date, there will be a $7.00 return fee deducted from your refund.
If you are returning your items within 30 days from your order date and have selected a store credit option, your return will also be free of charge.
IN STORE RETURNS
If more convenient, we would also love for you to visit us in person and we will gladly accept web returns at any of our retail locations. Refunds will be credited once item/s are received at our distribution center, in-store credit or exchanges are not available for online purchases.
All sale merchandise is FINAL SALE. No exceptions in store or online.
At this time, we do not offer exchanges due to the limited quantity of items. If you are hoping to exchange the same item for a different size, simply place a new order for he proper size needed and send your original item back to us so we can process your refund in a timely manner.
Congratulations, your gift giver has great taste! However, we want you to love your new piece. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
